Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of this website (the “Site”), operated by AeroHome LLC (“AeroHome”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site is informational
The Site describes products and services that are in a pilot program and not yet generally available. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or a binding commitment. Any purchase, installation or subscription will be governed by a separate written agreement.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. It does not guarantee a place in the pilot program, a specific installation date, or availability in your area. Waitlist benefits such as founder pricing and free monitoring periods will be confirmed in writing when installation opens to you.
3. Product descriptions, prices and estimates
Product features, specifications, plan contents and prices on the Site describe the 2026 pilot program and may change before launch. The “Build your setup” calculator produces estimates from the values you enter; insurance discounts are set by insurers and vary. The animated illustration is a simulation, not live footage.
4. Not a guarantee of safety
AeroHome is a deterrence aid. It is not a guarantee that a break-in, injury or loss will be prevented, detected or responded to, and it is not a substitute for calling emergency services. Response by police or other emergency services is outside our control.
5. Statistics and third-party information
Crime and industry statistics on the Site are drawn from the third-party sources cited and are provided for general information. We do not guarantee their accuracy or that they apply to your home or area.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics, software and the AeroHome name and logo belong to AeroHome LLC and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the Site for personal use. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, submit false information to the waitlist, or use automated means to scrape it.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroHome will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
