This policy explains what information AeroHome LLC (“AeroHome”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the website and the waitlist only. It does not cover the AeroHome hardware, the app or monitoring services, which will have their own privacy notice when they become available.
1. Information you give us
When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, ZIP code, metro area, and the hardware and plan you are interested in, plus anything you choose to write to us.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of your visit. We use it to keep the site running and secure. The interactive illustrations, the “Find your setup” questions, the ZIP check and the “Build your setup” calculator run entirely in your browser; the values you enter there are not sent to us.

- To manage the waitlist and contact you about the pilot program, installation and founder pricing
- To plan where and when to launch, using the metro and ZIP code information you provide
- To answer your questions
- To keep the website secure and working
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and send email, under contracts that limit their use of it, and where required by law. If AeroHome is involved in a merger, financing or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
5. Law enforcement
We support law enforcement. We share information with police when you direct us to, and we comply with valid legal process such as a warrant, subpoena or court order. Where the law allows, we will let you know.
6. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until the pilot program in your area opens and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete it.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to remove you from the waitlist, at any time by emailing info@aerohome.us. Every email we send includes a way to opt out. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor them.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
